Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before they ship. Processing time is separate from transit time below.

Standard shipping typically arrives in 7–12 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also view tracking from your account page if you're signed in, or from the confirmation email if you checked out as a guest.

International orders, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country on delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, and we'll help sort it out.
